About Konstantina

Hi there! I’m Konstantina and I am a Child & Adolescence psychologist. I’ve always had a love for new adventures. Therefore, after completing my Psychology Degree in Greece, I pursued my master’s degree in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology in the Netherlands. Being an expat has its challenges, but I see them as opportunities for personal and professional growth.

I’ve dedicated myself to getting trained in various psychological approaches and in my practice, I draw from diverse approaches like Applied Behavioral Analysis, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Systems Family and Couples Therapy. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where children can thrive.

With experience working in Greece and the Netherlands across various settings, including clinical, school and home settings, I bring a client-centered and compassionate approach to my practice. No two journeys are the same, so I tailor my methods to fit the unique needs of each individual I work with.

Beyond my work, I love immersing myself in new cultures, learning languages, engaging in Improvisation theater and connecting with people from all over the world. It’s this open-mindedness and curiosity that fuels my passion for helping others navigate life’s ups and downs.

Let’s embark on this journey together, exploring new horizons and unlocking the potential within!
